Getting Started
Fees & Payment
FEES
-
50 minute psychotherapy or consultation session is $220.00.
-
80 minute psychotherapy or consultation session is $325.00.
Once we agree upon and confirm a scheduled appointment time, this particular time is reserved for you. You are assuming responsibility to pay the full fee if you cancel the appointment without a minimum of 24-hour notice. 48-hour notice is greatly appreciated.
PAYMENTS
Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered.

in person sessions: checks, cash and credit cards are accepted.

Virtual meeting using Telebehavioral Health: credit card payment is required.
You may provide credit card information at the end of our session,
OR I can keep credit card information on file. -
I do not accept Zelle, Paypal, VENMO etc as these systems are not HIPAA compliant.
A statement with all procedural codes will provided as a PDF via email after each session for insurance claims. Let me know if your insurance requires the completion of any specific forms in order for you to receive reimbursement.
Related telephone consultations between therapist and family, friends or other health care provider:

The first 10 minutes are complimentary.

After 10 minutes, the regular hourly fee will be charged on a prorated basis.

Typically consultation calls are not reimbursable by insurance.

Consultation call charges will be reflected on your next bill.

I prefer to speak directly to you rather than use email while we are exploring the possibility of working together. Please use the form below to request a 15-minute complimentary consultation. Included in the form why you are seeking support and any questions regarding how we might work together. I will reply by email to schedule a time.

My secure email system: I use a secure email system called Protected Trust. Once we are working together, I will initiate this system with you. Emails using this secured, encrypted system can be efficient and useful.
Can we text?
Well, sometimes … text messaging should only be used for practical, administrative needs such as rescheduling appointments, confirming appointments, etc. Any questions or concerns about our work together, or important information you wish to share should not be sent through text.
